Joey was very professional and polite. He had the Jeep knocked out in less than an hour. My Jeep is lifted and on big tires so I figured it may be difficult. He had zero issues with it!

My husband and I were in town for his chemotherapy treatments at Duke and staying at a local hotel when someone broke into our car, shattering the rear passenger-side window. We were supposed to drive four hours back to Virginia that day, with thunderstorms in the forecast, so traveling without a window would have been miserable. I called Auto Glass Now at 9:00 a.m., and they had me scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. appointment. By 11:50 a.m., I was back on the road with a brand-new window installed. The speed, professionalism, and kindness of the staff turned an incredibly stressful situation into one we could quickly put behind us. I truly can’t thank them enough for helping us get home safely. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

I had my front windshield replaced here and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. CJ, the store manager, made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. DJ, the technician, did an excellent job with the installation and paid great attention to detail. The customer service was outstanding, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I highly recommend this team if you need a reliable and hassle-free windshield replacement.

Very pleasant experience! I had to reschedule a few times and the woman I spoke to on the phone (Brittany) was amazing. Best prices in Durham. Trust me I did my research! They also offer mobile service where they come to you for only $50 more! The entire process start to finish took less than an hour and a half. The tech cleaned all the glass off the dash and made sure the windshield was sparkling after he reinstalled the rear view mirror! (Check out the before and after pics) Used promo code I find on their website and got a $50 discount! $276 for a brand new windshield is AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO GLASS NOW!
